Happy New Year! I know we're almost three weeks into the new year, but it has started out with a bang, and it has taken me this long to get to this post.
Yeah, I'd like to blog every day, and have made it every day for periods of several months over the past few years, but there's too much going on right now to make that one of my priorities. Weekly, will probably be the best I can do for right now, if I'm lucky.
So, what's going on? Completed a six-month project working with my first client (and now friend), Tina Gibson, who had her Book Launch Party last night, which was great fun and a smashing success! Way to go, Tina! There were people in tears, and comments about her positively glowing with excitement and primal energy.

Also completed a fun and enlightening project editing the first draft of a book for Arda Ozdemir, a Wellness Coach, Mindfulness Expert and Qigong Energy Healer.

I've also had several sessions with him, and recommend him highly! He has been helping me focus on recognizing and healing some old self-sabotaging behavior and moving forward in creating the kind of present and future that I really want in my life.
I had new business cards printed at Minuteman Press, here in San Mateo. An excellent job, and a rush job with excellent service and turnaround. Thank you, Linda and staff!
I, along with two writer friends, joined the California Writer's Club, and am excited at the energy and expertise of the members. I will be attending their monthly meetings at the Belmont Library, and getting involved in some of the club functions for sure.
Finally--for this post anyway--my friends Lois Young, Indara Dubay and I are targeting March 1st for publication of our second book, titled "The Second Book of Truth."
