Dateline Java Beach Cafe in San Francisco, Saturday morning, February 2nd, 10:57 am. Just finished a bacon and egg pastie - a large to medium sized round battered pie common to Northern Ireland, according to Wikipedia. And pronounced "pah-stee" according to the young lady I ordered it from.
I'm now sipping on my medium-sized double-shot decaf lattee - I already had my caf this morning before I left the house, and--you guessed it--writing in my blog.
Yesterday was a very productive day, my second "Writing Friday," now that I no longer work at DigitalPersona on Fridays. At least for the moment, although the agreement is that if necessary I will come in on Fridays and amp up the hours as needed.
FINALLY pulled content together for our (Sandra, Minu & myself) next book, "The Second Book of Truth." Still very much to do, as well as I think we all need to add more content than what I have so far. Write new content as necessary.
I need to come up with a project schedule to cover between now and publication as well as a prospective Launch Date. Hope to do that within the next few days.
Had a 1-on-1 with Kathy of SharingLifeMemorials, a businessowner providing tributes "for any occasion, from Anniversaries, Birthdays, Retirements, Funerals... anything you can think of." Next time you need something special to celebrate a loved one, think of her.
And most finally, I am going to start publishing my work to this website on a regular basis - in addition to blog posts. Here is a link to my first one - Once upon an orchid.
